In a Monday morning ruling, a Connecticut Superior Court judge pronounced that poor Alex was guilty by default. This comes after months of refusing to turn over requested documents and financial records from the time he was claiming the Sandy Hook shooting was a hoax. He wrote on many occasions that the six teachers and 20 First Grade students were just ‘actors’ in the whole charade.
It was also during that time that he was saying this mass murder of children, to his nut job audience, that it was a ploy by the government to ruin their second amendment rights and confiscate their guns.
This coincides with 3 other lawsuits brought against him for defamation in the State of Texas, which he has also lost. It’s going to interesting to see what financial hit this puts on him as from what I have read, he’s got the damage to the plaintiffs, plus going to have to absorb all of the court costs and attorney fees.
Will update when those figures come out.
